  • We aim to provide a responsive, high quality and flexible service that meets our clients requirements by developing close collaborative relationships.
  • We believe that innovative change can be inspired by different conversations and so we work in association with other professionals including performance artists, architects and educational consultants.
  • In a work context of ever shifting landscapes PSI(UK) offers the still point necessary to allow for creative thinking between groups with differing views in order to promote effective planning and support for children and young people

Liz Malcolm

Liz Malcolm is a founder and director of PSI(UK). She is an applied psychologist with expertise in organisational learning and learning environments. She has additional expertise in the areas of autism, child sexual abuse and the impact of violence in the home on children’s well being and learning. Liz has extensive experience in consultancy, service development and management in local government. She is an honorary lecturer at University College London.

Chris Walker

Chris is a founder member and director of PSI-UK. With PSI she has carried out a number of reviews of local authority and school services for vulnerable children. Before setting up PSI, Chris worked as an educational psychologist in local authorities. She has experience in project management, interagency collaboration, developing services for families and children with special needs and challenging behaviour and leadership of local authority access and inclusion services.
